Cancellation Policy

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005), but we do grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• no fees for cancellations within 45 days before arrival
• from 45 to 28 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed: 3 days of arrangement price
• Cancellation within 28 days: 100% of the booking value (80% bed & breakfast).
• in case of early departure or late arrival we charge 100% of the package price
• Bookings only become effective after a written confirmation by e-mail, fax or letter

PURPOSE:
The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services.

RECIPIENT:
In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder and unified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller in processing the transferred data. For further information regarding the processing to which the data will be subjected, you can send an email to privacy@moko.bz.it.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.
